Summer YIN YOGA

Start the week rested & prepared for the week ahead. We will use blocks, blankets and pillows to get you to truly settle into the yoga poses and quiet your mind. Yin/restorative yoga offers a perfect counterbalance to strenuous physical activity by stretching your muscles in a comfortable, supported way. Essential oils and candlelight will be used to add to the relaxation.
