Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All class registrations can be done via MindBody or in studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of reserved class, it is considered a "Late Cancel" and you will lose the Class credit. If you cancel before that 24 hour period, that credit will be returned to your MindBody account for future use.

If you know you will be unable to attend reserved class, our waitlisted students and we would be so grateful if you would “Late Cancel” your reservation. You can do so via MindBody or by giving us a call. Your communication helps us help others who’d like to attend class.

CHECK-IN:

We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in at the front desk or with your teacher, so we can help you get settled on your mat. With safety and the group experience in mind, students are not permitted to enter Class 10 minutes after the start time.

WAITLIST POLICY:

When Classes are completely full, we begin a waitlist. Students must purchase a Class credit to be added to the waitlist. If their spot is not confirmed, that credit is returned to their account for future use. Waitlisted spots are confirmed via email. *Please note that if you un-checked the box that said "Subscribe to email notifications" when you created your MINDBODY account, you will NOT receive the email if / when added into a waitlisted Class.

Please remember that joining a waitlist is a commitment to Class. If you receive an email notification when added but then choose not to attend, that will be considered a "No Show."

We also encourage waitlisted students to come to the Studio in case there are no-shows or late cancellations. If there are empty mats 1 minute before the start of Class, we will release those mats to stand-by students in the order of the waitlist. If you are confirmed for Class but running late, please call The Studio to let us know and we will hold your place

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please ALWAYS notify the class teacher of any medical or health issues and of injuries prior to class starting.
