Come explore a new type of movement that is totally freeing and continue deep into your breath.
Spend the afternoon with nOMad founder, Phoebe Miller and Breathwork facilitator, Erika Forsell.
Phoebe will share her new movement class, mvt109 with a smooth transition into Breathwork by Erika.
Breathwork is a deep and active meditation, which uses a three-part breath to allow the mind to quiet and the body to settle. When this happens, emotions, traumas and patterns that no longer serve us are reached and released. In their place we are filled with insight and clarity
Erika Forsell, LAc. is an acupuncturist and Breathwork facilitator. For over 10 years she has worked with individuals and groups, guiding them into a deeper understanding of health and healing.

Fuel Your Soul

This workshop, which is going to be high vibin', super informative, and casual gathering, is going to be taking you through the common questions often asked when it comes to health and wellness, so you will leave knowing how best to fuel your soul. We will be discussing: the basics of what a healthy dietary lifestyle looks like, as well as how to properly fuel for your workouts, adaptogens and herbs, and how to best use them in your life to support your body, and lastly, we will go over holistic stress management tactics, to support a healthy body, mentally and physically. I will also be conducing a free wellness evaluation for each participant. Each person will receive a 3-day meal plan, as well as a Golden Wellness journal.
Bring your all of your wellness questions with you, I will be answering them all at the end of the workshop.
