Not at all! Most classes are are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Our instructors offer modifications and encouragement so you can move at your own pace.

Just yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and water! We provide all necessary props and mats, though you’re welcome to bring your own. Some classes require different footwear. Check out our class descriptions for more details on each classes footwear suggestion.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins to get settled, especially if it’s your first time. Our welcome area has cubbies for your belongings, drinks, and a beautiful retail selection to browse while you wait.

You can book your spot online through our schedule page or via the Mindbody app. We recommend booking ahead—classes fill up quickly!

We’re located at 145 Windsor Highway, Suite 207, New Windsor, NY 12553. You’ll find easy parking and a peaceful studio atmosphere waiting for you.

The studio is around the back of the building as you pull into the parking lot drive straight back.
