All class reservations must be made in advance through our booking platform, Mindbody. Click here to book a class. Once you create an account, you’ll be able to view our schedule, book classes, and manage your reservations.

To ensure fairness and maintain our scheduling system, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 6 hours before class.

Late Cancellations

Class Credit Holders: A class credit will be deducted and cannot be reused.

Unlimited Membership Holders: A $10 late cancel fee will be charged to your card on file.

No-Shows

Missing class without canceling will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same fees.

Joining the waitlist requires a valid class credit. If you're not added to the class, the credit remains in your account.

• Added to class 6+ hours before start? Cancellation policy applies.

• Added to class under 1 hour before start? No fee if you can’t attend.

• Please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 6 hours before class if you know you can’t attend.

Ensure you're subscribed to email notifications in your Mindbody account, or you may not be alerted when added to class.

We also welcome walk-ins from the waitlist. If there are no-shows or late cancels, we’ll release spots 1 minute before class in the order of the waitlist. Call us if you're running late so we can hold your spot.

For safety and the group experience, students will not be admitted after 10 minutes into class.

Grip socks – Recommended for stability (available at the studio).

Sneakers – Required for strength and bounce classes.

Water bottle + sweat towel – Highly recommended.

Form-fitting workout clothes – To support movement and alignment.

Mats and props – Provided by the studio, but feel free to bring your own.

To keep our space peaceful and respectful:

• Keep phones off or on silent during class.

• No photos or videos during class without permission.

• Wipe down equipment after use.

• Be mindful of others' space and energy.

Please notify your instructor before class if you have any injuries, health issues, or limitations so we can support you safely.

If classes are canceled due to weather or emergency, you’ll be notified via email. Please make sure your MINDBODY email preferences are up to date.
