Erika Forsell, LAc. is an acupuncturist and Breathwork facilitator. For over 10 years she has worked with individuals and groups, guiding them into a deeper understanding of health and healing.
Breathwork is an active meditation that uses the breath as a guide to our emotional body.
It dives in and clears out the residue of feelings and patterns that are no longer serving us. It accesses the anger, grief, trauma, fear, heartbreak and all the other things that may hold us down. It unbinds and releases us from their grasp and allows us to soften, to open, to become inspired. Breathwork reminds us who we are in our hearts and why we are in our bones.
