  • My love for movement began at age four in my very first dance class. After fourteen years of exploring every style I could find, I began sharing that passion through teaching dance and choreographing for competitive teams and school clubs across the Hudson Valley. I also spent several years teaching spin, where I discovered how music, rhythm, and sweat could create powerful shifts in both body and mind.

    In 2017, I deepened my practice with a 200-hour yoga teacher training through Alchemy of Yoga in Costa Rica. Since then, I’ve continued to guide movement that blends dance, yoga, and mindful strength—offering classes that are grounding, energizing, and designed to help people reconnect with their own power.

    In 2021, I collaborated with Ashley to develop the BOUNCE program at Barre Body + Soul—a rhythm-based trampoline workout that combines cardio, strength, and serious fun. Since then, I’ve helped train and mentor new Bounce instructors, both at BBS and at other studios, building a thoughtful and empowering teacher training experience from the ground up.

    I’m also a proud mom to my beautiful son, Rio, and the founder of Kelta, a wellness center in Beacon, NY, where I create space for community, healing, and holistic care. When I’m not teaching, moving, or running the studio, you’ll probably find me getting lovingly schooled by my niece on what’s actually “cool” these days—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

  • I love any kind of movement that makes me feel like I’m on the edge of death—in the best way. I also cherish long walks outside with my family, where the pace is slower, but the joy runs deep.
