I grew up as a figure skater, and movement—especially movement rooted in balance—has always been a part of me. After completing my studies in psychology, I began experiencing anxiety, and it was during that time that yoga became a lifeline. The connection between mind, body, and breath offered a sense of calm I hadn’t known I needed. In 2016, I chose to deepen my practice and earned my yoga certification, knowing I wanted to share this healing path with others.
My teaching style is mellow and grounding—a sacred ritual that weaves together breathwork, asana, and intuitive movement. I aim to create space for students to tune in, soften, and return to themselves. My classes are designed to bring collective balance to the mind, body, and spirit. More than anything, I hope to guide others toward the same light and clarity yoga continues to offer me.
