  • Movement is so much more than just exercise for me. It’s been a constant companion through every phase of my life—a way to ground myself, reconnect, and grow. Whether it’s a challenging workout or a quiet moment of stillness, movement has helped me become more present, accountable, and mindful. It’s not just about physical strength—it’s a pathway to self-discovery. Through movement, we learn who we are, what we’re made of, and how to adapt, persist, or sometimes, simply sit still and accept.

    While I might casually say “I like to work out,” the truth is, movement has shaped how I live and how I lead. My classes are energetic, informative, and challenging. I aim to create space for transformation—where you’re pushed to your edge but also supported, where form meets fun, and where you walk away feeling stronger in both body and mind.

    My vibe? Business in the front, party in the back! I love bringing laughter and good energy to every class while keeping a sharp eye on form and body awareness. I’m endlessly inspired by my fellow instructors, my clients, and my community. YOU keep me going—and my hope is to do the same for you.
