With over 13 years of experience in group fitness, yoga, barre, senior fitness, and personal training, I guide students toward that breakthrough moment when they realize their own power. My background in nutrition (MPH & MS) enriches my holistic approach, weaving together movement, breath, and wellbeing to support body and mind
My goal? To help people stand taller, breathe deeper, and sense their own strength—on and off the mat. Let’s move together.
